The Alabama Department of Transportation plan to close inside and outside lanes on a five-mile stretch of U.S. 31 in Pelham for a paving project this week.Lane closures will last Monday, June 11 through Friday, June 15 and include lanes along U.S. 31 between MP 255.5 and MP 260.5. For specific lane closures, see the details from ALDOT below: -Monday, June 11 at 7 p.m. until Tuesday, June 12 at 6 a.m., southbound from (milepost 259.0) to (milepost 257.5) -Tuesday, June 12 at 7 p.m. until Wednesday , June 13 at 6 a.m., southbound from (milepost 260.5) to (milepost 259.0) -Wednesday, June 13 at 7 p.m. until Thursday, June 14 at 6 a.m., southbound from (milepost 259.0) to (milepost 257.5) -Thursday, June 14 at 7 p.m. until Friday, June 15 at 6 a.m., southbound from (milepost 260.5) to (milepost 259.0 For additional road closure information, visit www.dot.state.al.us.
