The Alabama Bureau of Investigation, a division of the Alabama Department of Public Safety, announces that Deandra Marquis Lee, 22, was arrested for murder at approximately 11 a.m. Saturday morning in Selma. Previous Update: The Alabama Bureau of Investigation, a division of the Alabama Department of Public Safety, announces that the U.S. Marshals Service has authorized a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Deandra Marquis Lee, who is sought in connection with a triple homicide in Lowndes County. Previous Update: ABI agents have confirmed that all three victims were killed by gunshot. Information on possible motive and location of victims is part of the ongoing investigation and cannot be released. On Wednesday, authorities located Girdner's missing 1988 Mercedes Benz in the Minter community of Dallas County. All four doors had been removed from the vehicle by the time it was located. ABI agents have received information placing Lee in the Selma area of Dallas County. Anyone with information on Lee's whereabouts should contact ABI Special Agent Matt Bowman at (334) 242-1142 or any local law enforcement agency. A prosecutor says murder charges are being filed against a man being sought in the killings of 9-year-old twins and their 73-year-old baby sitter. Lowndes County District Attorney Charlotte Tesmer said Thursday that three murder charges are being filed against Deandra Marquis Lee. Police have not found Lee but are looking for him. Investigators found the bodies of all three Tuesday on a dirt road near Hayneville, near the elderly man's home. The mother of the two young victims left the twins at the 73-year-old's house while she went to work. It was not clear if Lee knew any of the victims or their families.
