In Jacksonville this morning off McFall Road, police say a man shot 11 times in their direction after they were called for a domestic dispute. The suspect’s wife called 911 after an argument and when police arrived on scene, shots were fired.
After an hour, the wife and children left the house safely. The wife had the rifle that her husband shot at police and turned it over to officials.
Around noon today the man was taken into custody.
