Lisa Downs, a Coosa County resident, is serving the second year of a five year sentence for fraudulent use of a credit card and is now being considered an escapee by the Alabama Department of Corrections. Downs, an inmate at the Montgomery Women's Facility was reported missing from her job site in Montgomery on April 9 by a supervisor. Downs is a white female, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with hazel eyes, brown hair, and an orange colored rose tattoo on her right ankle. She was last seen wearing beige pants and a pink shirt.
The US Marshals Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force is assisting with locating and apprehending inmate Downs. If you have information regarding the whereabouts of this individual you are asked to contact your local law enforcement agency.
