A mining accident claimed the life of a 37-year-old man Friday night. Harold Ennis of Nauvoo was electrocuted just after 9:30. It happened at the Drummond Company's Shoal Creek Mine.
Regulators say Ennis came into contact with a charged cable. The accident is being investigated by the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
