Judge Roy Moore and his supporters feeling good about the race for Alabama's Chief Justice race. Numbers have been on his side throughout the race with Moore fluctuating between 50 and 51 percent of the votes.
Moore and his supporters called it a night, or should we say morning, at 1:50 a.m. with about 98% of the precincts in.
Throughout the night Moore says he is pleased to see the numbers in his favor but he is not going to celebrate until all ballots are in.
Just one percent is what Moore needs in order to take the win and avoid a run off against his opponents, incumbent Chuck Malone and Mobile County Presiding Circuit Judge, Charles Graddick.
