A North Alabama school cafeteria worker has been charged after allegedly trying to sell drugs out of the back door of a junior high school cafeteria.
Michelle Allen, 54, worked at Scottsboro Junior High School when police received a tip about a drug sale. An undercover officer set up a meeting with Allen, where she tried to sell Adderall to the officer.
Allen was charged with attempt to distribute a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. She was released after posting $25,000 bond.
Police say there is no evidence that children were involved.
