Ouray County officials say that salvage teams have arrived at a reservoir to prepare to recover a Gadsden plane that crashed there last weekend.
Authorities hope that Thursday, the teams will be able to recover the wreckage as well as the bodies of the five people believed to have gone down in the craft.
The plane is between 50 and 70 feet underwater and buried in silt in the reservoir.
Family and friends have identified the victims as Jimmy Hill, the pilot, and passengers Katrina Barksdale, her two young boys Kobe and Xander, and their cousin Seth McDuffie. Jimmy Hill and Katrina Barksdale were described as friends.
