Bad check warrants have been withdrawn against the owner of Gadsden-Etowah EMS.
Roger Stanmore was wanted on four counts of negotiating worthless instruments after employee paychecks bounced.
District Attorney Jimmie Harp confirms Stanmore and his attorney paid all of the outstanding balances and fees and the warrants were withdrawn.
He says there are no further actions pending from his office.
Gadsden-Etowah EMS filed for bankruptcy after almost all of the staff walked off the job, saying they hadn't been paid in weeks.
