The state is confirming four cases of tuberculosis at the St. Clair Correctional Facility.
Following the discovery, all inmate movement was restricted and mass diagnostic testing was done.
The inmates who are infected have been moved to different facilities so that they could be housed in negative air flow infirmary rooms.
Visitation was previously halted, but normal activity has resumed.
Inmate transfers are still restricted.
