Authorities say that three people, including a child, were killed in a car accident in Etowah County Monday morning.
The accident happened on Highway 77 in Attalla near the Walmart Supercenter. Etowah County Coroner Michael Head identifies the victims as 58-year-old Paul Pratt, 59-year-old Sherry Pratt and their grandson, 5-year-old Corbin Swann.
Witnesses say the Pratt's vehicle collided with a mobile home being towed by a large truck. Attalla Police Chief Dennis Walker says his officers are still investigating.
