WBRC TV reports that Vestavia Hills police say they have found 46-year-old Kelly Garner alive.
His family reported him missing Tuesday evening. He was last seen around 7 p.m. near the Walmart neighborhood market on Highway 31. His sister says he is a diabetic and he was out helping people stranded by the weather. Police say they found him near the Vestavia Hill library in a ravine. He has been rushed to the hospital. There's no word right now on his condition.
