The FBI is saying the suspect at the center of a nationwide man hunt might have traveled through Alabama.
The suspect is wanted for an attempted bank robbery in Atlanta, Georgia, a bank robbery in Tupelo, Mississippi and shooting two police officers. One of the officers died and the other is in critical condition.
The FBI, local banks and businesses are offering a combined reward of $200,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect.
