Alabama state troopers are investigating a fatal accident in Vincent in Shelby County.
A 2-year-old boy was killed on County Road 57 Monday shortly after 2 p-m. There was no other vehicle involved.
A trooper's report says the 22-year-old driver is being treated at UAB Hospital.
