(WDNG) - Police reports indicate a 20-year-old man and woman were arrested at the Walmart on McClellan Blvd. on Saturday on charges of third-degree theft. The pair is accused of stealing more than $50 worth of groceries shortly after 2 p.m.
About four hours later, police arrested a 30-year-old woman and charged her with third-degree theft for allegedly stealing more than $80 worth of clothing from the store.
According to police reports, a 33-year-old woman was arrested shortly after 11 a.m. Sunday and charged with stealing nearly $50 worth of items.
Around 3 p.m. Sunday, police arrested a second 33-year-old woman on charges of stealing more than $70 worth of items.
Minutes later, a 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stealing a $50 water filter.
Authorities were unable to comment on the weekend arrests citing a department policy change that prevents investigators from speaking about many misdemeanor crimes. It is currently unclear if the crimes or arrests are connected to one another.
Police reports indicate the items stolen from Walmart over the weekend were recovered.
