Attorneys for Milton McGregor have filed a motion for acquittal. VictoryLand's owner is asking for all charges related to the buying and selling of electronic bingo votes to be dropped due to lack of evidence from the government. The attorneys have made previous requests for individual charges to be dropped. A federal judge did drop one charge for McGregor allegedly bribing deceased legislative analyst Ray Crosby. Since the defense has decided not to call any witnesses, the judge will take up this motion and others Monday. Closing arguments will begin Tuesday with the jury getting the case later in the week
