Jury selection is expected in the capital murder trial of Joshua Russell. He is accused of killing Anniston Police Officer Justin Sollohub during a chase in 2011.
Last month, a judge ruled jurors would not hear radio traffic audio. That dramatic radio traffic includes Sollohub's final messages to dispatchers, and an emotional "officer down" call. Jurors will be able to watch an edited version of Russell's video statement to police.
The trial will be held in Lee County in an effort to select an unbiased jury.
