Kenny Bell isn't leaving the Crimson Tide after all.
Saban told reporters Tuesday evening that he gave Bell a personal day Tuesday and that he will be back to practice Wednesday. So for now, it seems as though Bell may have just been taking a break.
Earlier in the day, Bell tweeted, "..it's been a nice run but I'm hanging up my cleats," leaving the sports world and Twitterverse abuzz with speculation.
The senior wide receiver for Alabama continued to tweet it's "time too focus on my responsibilities MY kiDs" and "..I've made so many memories here @ Alabama but some things you gotta let go."
Bell encouraged his teammates to press on toward their goal of a three-peat national championship in his most recent tweet, saying, "Salute to the team y'all keep grinding and win that championship."
Later this evening, Bell tweeted again, saying, "I'm back with the team!! Just needed time to myself for a day but I couldn't leave my boy @10AJMcCarron we ended this run together. #16."
