A mistrial has been declared in an Anniston murder case.
Terence Allen was accused of stabbing one of his co-workers, Dimir Burton, to death.
Circuit Judge Bud Turner ordered the jurors not to do any research outside their deliberations, but one juror apparenlty accessed the Internet on his smartphone. This action prompted the mistrial.
The judge is expected to set a new trial date next week and Allen remains free on bond.
