Authorities still don't know what caused a fatal accident involving a Shelby County teenager. It happened Saturday night on Highway 55 near Columbiana.
Authorities say 16-year-old Nicholas Hill ran off the road and hit a tree. He died at the scene. Investigators are still trying to determine what caused Hill to swerve and crash
