A man who fired shots at a driver in east Gadsden was taken into custody by police Tuesday. Investigators say the gunman fired shots at a moving car in the area of the Forest River Apartments. Some of the rounds hit a nearby Office Max building. No one was hurt. Gadsden police say the gunman ran to the apartment complex after the shootings. He was eventually arrested following a brief standoff with police.
