Last year LSU raised eyebrows when the team offered 14-year-old Dylan Moses of Baton Rouge a football scholarship. Dylan's dad thought it was a joke. "The coaches told me they were offering, and they were serious. I thought they were playing," Moses said. "Really, I thought that they were joking around until I saw the serious look on their faces. So I rolled with it. Let's see where it's going to end up." "I was kind of shocked when I first heard it -- it was a dream come true," Dylan said. "I've always wanted to play for LSU since I was a kid, and now it's coming true in front of my eyes." Well it's happened to Moses again and this time with LSU's rival Alabama and Nick Saban offering him a scholarship. Dylan's father said, "We met with Coach Saban after lunch and he talked to Dylan about his future and what he needed to do to achieve his potential as a student and as a football player."
Moses who is a future star will graduate with the class of 2017, so stay tuned for the recruiting wars to heat up.
