A welfare check requested by a local police department lead to the discovery of a dead woman and child inside a Huntsville house. 33 year old Stephen Marc Stone was taken into custody in Leeds Sunday morning. That's when the Leeds Police Department asked Huntsville police to stop by the Huntsville house. Police found Stone's wife and seven year old son, Zachery, dead. Stone was transported back to Huntsville. He faces two capital murder charges.
