The Gadsden Police Department says they have arrested two men after they allegedly fired into an unoccupied vehicle in November. On the night of the incident, a 41-year-old woman told police she was playing cards with friends at a residence in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue when she heard eight gunshots. She found that two bullet holes had struck the driver's side of her vehicle. Detectives arrested 24-year-old Marquis Cotton and 20-year-old Nyheim Toney on Tuesday. They are charged with discharging a gun into an unoccupied vehicle and are being held in the Etowah County Jail on no bond.
