The Etowah County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested two men in connection to an assault case. 19-year-old Jessie Blaze Godfrey and 22-year-old Justin Wayne Godfrey, both of Centre, are each facing one count of second degree assault and one count of criminal trespassing.
The incident happened on Monday, January 28 when a 26-year-old man was allegedly assaulted at his home.
The suspects were arrested in Cherokee County and transported to the Etowah County Detention Center. They were later released on a $2,600 bond each.
