A Jefferson County attorney charged with enticing a minor for sex will be in court this week.
Chuck Hunter will have a bond hearing on Wednesday. Hunter is in the Jefferson County Jail without bond. He is also charged with traveling to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
Hunter, who was supposed to run for Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Place 11 seat in November, has been removed from the ballot for now.
