Stratford University promotes Dr. Michelle Bicey to campus dean at Newport News campus

FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA – (June 18, 2012) – Stratford University is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Michelle Bicey to campus dean of its Newport News campus. Prior to her appointment as campus dean, Dr. Bicey was the acting campus dean, and program coordinator for undergraduate business programs of its Woodbridge campus.

Dr. Bicey holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Argosy University; a Master in Education in Secondary Education form Grand Canyon University; a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Baker College; and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Grand Valley State University.

Dr. Bicey has taught as an adjunct instructor in the areas of business and mathematics, and specializes in student retention, student success, learning communities, curriculum development, and effective instruction. She believes that every student has the ability to achieve and learn, and lives by the motto: 'There's no such thing as I can't!'
